Exchange Policy

TROFEES does not offer exchanges at this time. All purchases are final and may not be returned unless the item you received is damaged or defective, or if your order was improperly filled. 

Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged, defective, or not as you expected. For this reason, we have established the following return policy:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or improperly filled order, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of delivery at trofeesapparelllc@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

To initiate a return, you must provide us with a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. Once we have verified the issue, we will issue a return label for the item, and you can send it back to us free of charge.

Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item has been used or damaged further.

We do not offer refunds for damaged, defective, or improperly filled orders, but we are happy to provide store credit. The store credit will be issued within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned item. You will receive an email notification once the store credit has been applied to your account.
