TROFEES processes orders Monday – Friday from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm CST. 

Shipping Policy

Important: Some items are made to order at Trofees. These items are printed specifically for you AFTER your order is placed. This ensures we never create waste & allows us to offer wider variety of designs. Please allow [7-14] business days for your order to be processed, printed, & packed. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as this phase is complete.

Orders placed during processing hours that are marked for shipping will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that our products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers therefore some items within your order may ship separately.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.
